Located on the extreme northwestern tip of the Aleutian Peninsula and surrounded by spectacular scenery, Hoodoo Lodge is nestled on a riverbank overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Hoodoo River. Having the only private parcel of land on the Hoodoo River guarantees guests some of the best, most exclusive sport fishing Alaska has to offer.
Hoodoo Sport Fishing Lodges consists of a 3,500 square foot, natural wood accented facility with hardwood floors, carpeting throughout, with a maximum accommodation of sixteen guests per night. The lodge has a comfortably furnished lounge with wet bar, spacious dining area, full service kitchen, a loft area for fly tying, laundry room, eight private guest rooms, and full shower and bathroom facilities. There is also a separate reading/relaxation area adjacent to the guest rooms, and large heated entryway designed to accommodate getting wading gear on and off, and drying that gear out for the next day’s adventure. Our lounge/wet bar area is large enough for all guests to relax and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow guests and guides. The lodge and all adjacent buildings have both hot and cold running water and electricity available around the clock, from our private generator plant. The entire Hoodoo facility is connected by a boardwalk that runs from the lodge all the way down to the floating dock.
The guest rooms were designed with comfort in mind. Each double occupancy room is complete with two very comfortable beds (one queen and one single per room, linens and down comforters provided). Every room has separate thermostatically controlled heat for individual preference. Guest rooms are cleaned daily by one of our staff members.
Our experienced staff strives to ensure our guests receive the personalized service, phenomenal fishing, and great memories only the Alaska wilderness and Hoodoo Adventures can provide.
